Google aims to deliver a close-to-iMessage experience with read receipts, typing indicators, group messages, and more. RCS (Rich Communications Services) is Google’s version of iMessage to counter the growing popularity of the service. The problem could be from the Android side as well. Go ahead, delete some old irrelevant messages from the iPhone. If you have tons of messages on the iPhone, it might prevent you from receiving messages, especially MMS messages, from your Android friends. Now, you should be able to receive messages from unblocked numbers. If not, move on to the next method. Swipe the blocked number left and select Unblock option.Navigate to the iPhone Settings → Messages → Blocked Contacts.Check and unblock them by following the below steps. It may happen that you blocked your friends or family members due to some old spat and forgot about it.
